Overview
Adam Lambert grew up in Woodruff, South Carolina, where he attended the Public Schools of Spartanburg County. After graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, he returned to the Upstate, where he has focused on Real Estate, Probate, and Family Law. Before becoming a Partner with Acker Lambert Hinton P.A., Adam worked for as an associate where he practiced Real Estate, Probate and Family Law for a local firm.
Adam focuses his practice on Real Estate Transactions, including Residential/Commercial Closings, Real Estate Litigation, Wills, Estates, and Probate Litigation covering estate administration, contested wills, and contested accountings. Adam also represents local municipalities as well the School Board for Pickens County.
Adam graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He then obtained a Masters in the Art of Teaching from The Citadel Graduate College. He attained his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. As a student, he served as a class Senator in the Student Bar Association and was selected by the faculty to receive the Leadership Award. Adam is licensed to practice law in the Courts of the State of South Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Fourth Circuit.
Adam is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Pickens County Bar Association, Greenville County Bar Association, American Land Title Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and East Pickens Baptist Church.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, watching Gamecock athletics, and playing average golf.
